Smoky Mountain Music Festival

Get ready for a weekend of smoky flavors, toe-tapping tunes, and Southern hospitality at the 2025 Bloomin’ BBQ Music & Food Festival in downtown Sevierville, Tennessee. This free, family-friendly event runs Friday, May 16 from 2 PM to 10 PM and Saturday, May 17 from 10 AM to 10 PM, featuring live music across three stages, a championship BBQ cook-off, and activities for all ages.

 Additional performances on the Bush’s Best Community Stage and the Tanger Sevierville Back Porch Stage include regional artists, dance teams, and the Mountain Soul Vocal Competition honoring Dolly Parton’s songwriting legacy.

BBQ & Competitions

The Bush’s Best Tennessee State Championship BBQ Cook-Off brings together top cook teams competing for $17,500 in prizes. Categories include chicken, ribs, pork, brisket, and specialty dishes like “Anything Swaggerty’s Farm Sausage” and “Anything Bush Beans.” Winners will be announced Saturday at 4:30 PM.

  • Mountain Soul Vocal Competition: Showcasing renditions of Dolly Parton’s songs by contestants of all ages.
