•Property Availability: Only certain homes are pet-friendly. Please check the property details before booking.
•Number & Size: Up to two dogs, with a combined weight of 60 lbs, are permitted per property.
•Approval Required: Additional dogs or any dog weighing over 50 lbs must receive prior written approval from Venture Smoky Mountains.
•Pet Fees: A $125 fee for the first dog and $50 for each additional dog will be added to your reservation.
•Unauthorized Pets: If pets are found in a property that does not allow them, a $500 fee will apply, and eviction may result.
