Everyone I spoke with was so very helpful! The discount tickets were great! The beds and pillows were great. We were moved to this chalet instead of the original one I reserved, but it worked except for we had a couple of seniors who had to do steps, which we wouldn't have had in the original reservation. All in all, a fabulous experience!
